Who Can Apply

We welcome a variety of vendors, including:

  • Artisan & retail businesses
  • Food vendors & food trucks
  • Nonprofit organizations
  • Community partners

All vendors must align with the event’s family-friendly and community-focused environment.

Vendor Categories & Fees

Vendor fees vary based on category and setup type.

  • Artisan / Retail Vendors – pricing depends on booth type
  • Food Vendors / Food Trucks – pricing depends on truck size and setup
  • Nonprofit Vendors – discounted rates may apply to select nonprofit organizations

Booth Basics

  • Booth space details are listed in the application
  • Vendors must bring their own tables, tents, and displays unless stated otherwise
  • Booth placement is assigned by the event team
  • Prime booth areas may be available for an additional fee and are subject to availability
  • Additional booth space may become available 4–6 weeks before the event, depending on the final event layout and vendor participation

Food Vendors – Important Requirements

Food vendors must:

  • Follow all local and state health regulations
  • Obtain required permits and approvals
  • Provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) if approved

📌 If approved, food vendors must submit a current COI naming the venue and Fil-Am FEST Inc. as Additional Insured.

Product & Display Guidelines

To maintain quality and fairness:

  • Products must be accurately represented
  • Stock photos are not accepted
  • Real product or booth photos are required
  • Counterfeit, unsafe, or prohibited items are not allowed

Application Process

  1. Complete the vendor application via Jotform
  2. Applications are reviewed by the event team
  3. Approved vendors receive confirmation and next steps
  4. Payment is required to secure your spot

Important Notes

  • Vendors may select more than one category if applicable
  • All applications are subject to approval
  • Vendor participation is not secured until payment is received
  • Vendor fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
  • Event details, setup instructions, and timelines will be emailed to approved vendors
  • Vendors are responsible for permit applications, legal compliance, and meeting all deadlines

Food vendors, food trucks, and certain high-risk vendors are required to submit a valid Certificate of Insurance that meets the event requirements.
