Fil-Am FEST Inc. Event Guidelines

Fil-Am FEST Inc. is committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and family-friendly environment at all our events. We ask all attendees, vendors, performers, volunteers, and staff to help maintain a respectful and safe atmosphere for everyone.

These guidelines apply to all Fil-Am FEST Inc. events unless otherwise stated.


1. Admission & Participation

Admission to Fil-Am FEST Inc. events may be free or ticketed depending on the program.

Vendors, performers, and sponsors must apply and be approved in advance through the official website:
www.filamfestinc.org

By attending a Fil-Am FEST Inc. event, guests agree to follow these guidelines and comply with instructions from event staff, security personnel, and venue management.


2. Respectful Conduct

All participants are expected to treat others with courtesy, kindness, and respect.

The following behavior is not permitted:

• Harassment or discrimination
• Threatening, abusive, or disruptive conduct
• Behavior that compromises the safety or enjoyment of others

Fil-Am FEST Inc. reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who violates these guidelines.


3. Family-Friendly Environment

Fil-Am FEST Inc. events are designed to be welcoming for guests of all ages.

Performances, music, artwork, and vendor merchandise must remain appropriate for a general audience. Explicit or inappropriate content is not permitted.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.

Lost children should be reported immediately to event staff or the Information Booth when available.


4. Photography, Video & Media

Photography and video recording may occur during Fil-Am FEST Inc. events for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes.

By attending the event, guests acknowledge that their image or likeness may appear in photos or video recordings.

Professional photography, filming, media coverage, or commercial recording must receive prior authorization from Fil-Am FEST Inc.

Unauthorized commercial filming or recording is not permitted.


5. Drone & Aerial Photography

To maintain safety and privacy, personal drones or unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) are not permitted at Fil-Am FEST Inc. events.

Drone operations may only be conducted by authorized event media personnel for official photography or videography with prior approval from Fil-Am FEST Inc.

Authorized drone operators must comply with applicable aviation regulations, venue policies, and event safety guidelines.

Fil-Am FEST Inc. reserves the right to limit or stop drone operations at any time if necessary for safety, operational, or venue requirements.


6. Prohibited Items

For the safety of all participants, the following items are not permitted unless specifically authorized:

• Firearms, weapons, knives, or sharp objects
• Alcohol or illegal substances
• Fireworks, explosives, or hazardous materials
• Laser pointers

Event staff may inspect bags or belongings if necessary to maintain safety.


7. Safety & Emergency Procedures

Guest safety is a priority at all Fil-Am FEST Inc. events.

Participants should remain aware of their surroundings and follow instructions from event staff and security personnel.

In the event of an emergency, guests must follow directions provided by event staff, venue personnel, or emergency responders.

First aid assistance may be available depending on the event.


8. Stage & Performer Guidelines

Performers must check in with the designated event coordinator or stage manager prior to their scheduled performance.

All performances must follow assigned time limits and event guidelines.

Dangerous acts, stunts, or unsafe activities are not permitted without prior approval.

Fil-Am FEST Inc. reserves the right to stop or adjust any performance that violates event policies or safety standards.


9. Vendor Sales & Material Distribution

Only approved vendors and sponsors may sell products or distribute materials at Fil-Am FEST Inc. events.

Unauthorized selling, solicitation, or promotional distribution is not permitted.

All vendors must conduct business respectfully and comply with applicable health, safety, and local regulations.


10. Accessibility & Service Animals

Fil-Am FEST Inc. strives to provide an accessible and welcoming experience for all guests.

Service animals assisting individuals with disabilities are welcome in accordance with ADA regulations.

Guests requiring assistance may approach event staff for support.


11. Venue Rules & Property Protection

Participants must respect the event venue and surrounding facilities.

Damaging or tampering with venue property, event equipment, or facilities is strictly prohibited.

All participants must comply with venue policies and instructions provided by event staff, security personnel, and venue management.


12. Program Changes & Weather

Event schedules, performances, and activities may be adjusted as needed.

Fil-Am FEST Inc. reserves the right to modify programming due to operational needs, safety concerns, or weather conditions.


13. Personal Responsibility

Guests attend Fil-Am FEST Inc. events at their own discretion and are responsible for their personal belongings.

Fil-Am FEST Inc., its partners, sponsors, and venue hosts are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
