Venus Bowen is a dedicated servant leader with a heart for compassion, service, and community wellness. A nurse and educator by profession, Venus brings decades of experience in healthcare, education, and public outreach. As Medical Coordinator for Fil-Am Spring Fest 2025, she plays a key role in leading the event’s health and safety efforts—ensuring the well-being of attendees, volunteers, and participants through thoughtful planning, preparedness, and care.
Born in the Philippines and grounded in her faith in Jesus Christ, Venus lives out her calling through acts of kindness and generosity. Her leadership is marked by humility, wisdom, and a strong belief that faith must be put into action. Guided by James 2:26 – “Faith without works is dead,” she serves as a vessel of God’s love by helping the underserved, feeding the hungry, and uplifting the vulnerable.
As a Board Member of Fil-Am FEST Inc., Venus is deeply involved in program development, outreach, and organizational growth. Her contributions have shaped initiatives that promote health, provide relief, and empower the Filipino-American community through meaningful service. Her vision is to inspire future servant leaders to walk in faith, lead with compassion, and make a lasting difference—one life at a time.
