Mariflor is a faithful servant leader who finds joy in serving others through creativity, quiet dedication, and heartfelt generosity. As a Board Member of Fil-Am FEST Inc., she plays an essential role in event logistics, creative direction, and behind-the-scenes preparations, ensuring that each initiative reflects excellence, purpose, and Christ-centered service.
With a Bachelor of Fine Arts, Mariflor brings a unique artistic perspective to her work. She has been actively involved in various ministries, charitable initiatives, and church activities, always seeking ways to uplift others. During the pandemic, she was part of the Love Sweatshop mask-making group, which donated thousands of handmade face masks to communities in need across the United States and the Philippines—a testament to her heart for service and quiet generosity.

Guided by Philippians 2:3-5, Mariflor believes in serving with humility, putting others first, and mirroring Christ’s heart of selfless love. She holds onto Mark 10:45, remembering that even Christ came "not to be served, but to serve", and she strives to follow this example daily.
